Site Coordinator, North Vancouver
Are you an experienced administrator based in Vancouver seeking to advance your career in a dynamic and rewarding environment? If so, Van Pile has the perfect job opportunity for you. We are currently hiring an on-site administrator for a fly-in, fly-out position with a 21/7 shift rotation. This is a full-time job for 18 months in Prince Rupert and includes accommodation and travel expenses.
The role will require working off our North Vancouver Office before being deployed to the site.

**Position**: Site Coordinator
**Site Location**: Prince Rupert - Fly in Fly out
**Office Location**: North Vancouver

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage administrative tasks and travel & accommodations for the project.
- Submit daily timesheets, ensuring accuracy and syncing data with the master spreadsheet following CBA’s and schedules.
- Coordinate accommodations to ensure all employees are booked in and out of camp according to schedules/rosters.
- Organize travel arrangements for employees and visitors, based on schedules/rosters.
- Handle ground transportation logistics.
- Manage document control and compile reports.
- Perform all necessary administrative tasks for the project and collaborate with the HR manager on all related matters

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) and familiarity with Infinity (a bonus).
- Excellent knowledge of databases.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen eye for detail and discrepancy identification.
- Able to operate office equipment such as photocopiers and scanners.
- Willingness to undertake various HR duties as needed.
