Regina Airport Authority requires a Customer Service and Human Resources Assistant who is responsible for serving customers in person, by telephone and assisting with customer inquiries through our internal customer service database. The position requires an individual who is a brand ambassador for the organization who provides a positive experience. The role supports the Human Resource team in achieving the organizations goals and objectives as well as providing day-to-day clerical support within the administration office. The position works with information that requires a high level of discretion and confidentiality while demonstrating a strong attention to detail with the ability to balance multiple demands simultaneously.

**R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S**
- While promoting safety awareness, perform all duties with an ownership attitude in compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
- Assist with ensuring appropriate incident command response procedures are carried out in the event of an emergency.
- Perform all duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with the companies Mission, Vision and Corporate Values.
- Welcome and present a positive and professional image of the organization to all guests while promoting customer service awareness.
- Provide efficient and courteous service when responding to customer inquiries based on established guidelines.
- Liaise between customer, organizational teams and appropriate team members.
- Administrative duties such as answer and direct telephone inquiries, develop and maintain filing systems, planning meetings, and taking detailed minutes, sending and receiving corporate correspondence and provide general support to visitors.
- Ensure reception area, meeting rooms, lunchroom and supply room are maintained and organized in a presentable manner by performing light custodial duties.
- Maintain office supply inventory and arrange for pick-ups and deliveries of packages and supplies, and other various support duties related to the administration office and lunchroom.
- Assist in maintaining the customer service database and establish trends based on customer inquiries.
- Provide daily maintenance and administration of human resource programs and services, including the compilation of statistics, and the maintenance of accurate, up-to date HR filing systems and confidential personnel records.
- Assist with the day-to-day administration of the Employee Pension Plan, Group Benefits, and other HR related programs.
- Assist with new team member orientation and recruitment activities.
- Assist in maintaining and tracking the budget for the Human Resource Department.
- Assist with the planning and execution of team building, recognition events and community relations programs.

**E D U C A T I O N A N D P R O F E S S I O N A L E X P E R I E N C E**
- Post-secondary certificate in a related field such as human resources or business administration.
- Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience as an administrative or HR assistant.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience would be considered.

- Working knowledge of general office equipment.
- Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems.
- General knowledge of labour laws and relevant legislation.
- Proven ability to maintain confidential information.

**W O R K I N G C O N D I T I O N S**
- Lifting or moving up to 25 pounds may be required.
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computers and peripherals.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Repetitive work within a busy office environment.
- Regular interaction with team members, visitors, and the media.
- Travel for training purposes may be required.

- Rate of Pay: $34.48 per hour
