**Forma Steel** specializes in manufacturing high-quality steel roofing, siding, trim, and custom panels in a wide range of gauges, colors, and finishes. We manufacture our product in Fort Macleod, AB, approximately 25 minutes West of Lethbridge.

**We are looking to bring in another fantastic team member to join our new Satellite Facility in Lethbridge, AB**

**Role**: Sales Advisor

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent

**Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to create a positive customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for upselling products or services based on customer needs.
- Analyze customer feedback and interactions to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.

**Key Requirements**:

- Sales education or background is required (Experience in construction setting or construction background is an asset)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software for managing sales activities and customer interactions.
- Experience with ERP systems, or similar programs.
- Open to learning and adaptable to growth.
- Ability to problem solve, assess needs, and develop solutions for customer.
