Prime Fasteners & Tools seeks a dynamic Inside Sales Representative with relevant industry experience to join our enthusiastic and energetic Lethbridge team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide availability of stock and pricing information to customers.
- Process and enter customer orders into the computer system Acumatica
- Support the Outside Sales team in processing quotes and orders.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Provide excellent customer service and help resolve customer issues and requests promptly.
- Help in organizing the showroom, stocking shelves, etc.
- Light warehouse duties
- forklift experience preferred
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to consistently deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills
- Industry experience is a definite asset.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new software programs(Acumatica)
- Highly motivated team player with a positive attitude and a desire to be successful

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
