**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage restaurant staff..
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management and adherence to food safety regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the dining experience and increase customer satisfaction.
- Monitor performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment in compliance with health regulations.
- **Experience**:
- Proven experience in food service management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in bartending and serving is a plus but not required.
- Experience with VLT machines a definite asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Pay: $16.50-$17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
