**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform drywall repairs and caulking to ensure smooth surfaces before painting.
- Read and interpret schematics and project specifications to determine the appropriate materials and techniques required.
- Restore surfaces to their original condition when necessary, ensuring a high-quality finish.
- Utilize hand tools and rigging equipment safely while working on various projects.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of each project.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in residential painting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of drywall repair techniques and caulking methods.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project needs and updates.
- Familiarity with hand tools and rigging equipment used in the painting industry.
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to follow safety protocols while working on job sites.
- A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to various job locations.
- Must have car to drive to job sites
