**Your Day to Day**:

- Create new customer profiles and book appointments for sales department
- Research required information using available resources
- Develop and retain sales opportunities
- Manage and resolve customer issues, with support by management
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Update existing customer information using our internal systems
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Route calls to appropriate departments
- Follow up with customers on a regular basis
- Update our CRM database and send out appointments through MS Outlook
- Keep track of all appointments
- Keep up-to-date on product knowledge through training resources
- Call sales customers on an ongoing basis
- Handle all inbound and outbound sales communication using internal CRM
- Filter, cross-reference, and organize calls for the day
- Create appointments for the sales department
- Contact clients based on Sales campaigns/events

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Customer service experience/administration experience preferred
- Experience in CRM is an asset
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to adapt to new and changing processes
