- Conduct interviews and assist in recruiting new team members to build a strong department.
- Implement sales strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records related to payroll, inventory levels, and sales performance.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when communicating with vendors or customers regarding product inquiries or issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall store performance.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a retail or grocery environment, particularly in produce management or similar roles.
- Strong training development skills with a focus on enhancing team performance.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with cashiering duties and clerical tasks related to inventory management.
- Background in sales management to drive department performance.
