We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood educator to join our team. As an Early Childhood educator, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow. Your duties will include:

- Developing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans
- Providing a variety of learning experiences through play, art, music, and movement
- Monitoring and assessing each child's progress and development
- Collaborating with parents to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Creating a safe and inclusive classroom environment
- Managing classroom behavior and promoting positive social interactions
- Maintaining accurate records of each child's attendance, progress, and milestones

- Strong time management skills to effectively plan and organize daily activities
- Experience working with young children in an educational setting
- Knowledge of special education techniques and strategies

- Ability to educate and engage children through creative teaching methods
- Strong organizational skills to maintain classroom materials and records

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$44,000.00 per year
