Job Responsibilities:

- Communicate with clients
- Provide excellent customer care
- Maintain and update client records in our practice management software
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have the ability to learn medical terminology
- Be comfortable working under pressure, while keeping calm
- Have a sense of good judgment
- Be proactive and take initiatives to work effectively without supervision -Be able to prioritize your workload

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 8 per week

**Salary**: From $16.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every Weekend

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edmonton, AB T6E 3T8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
