We are seeking a warm, reliable, and energetic individual to join our neurodiversity-affirming support team as a **Behaviour Interventionist / In-Home Autism Support Worker**. This is a unique morning role supporting two bright and dynamic 5-year-old siblings with demand-avoidant profiles.

This role involves **gentle, skillful support** with daily routines such as eating breakfast, getting dressed, brushing teeth, and preparing for school — while collaborating closely with a parent and following established systems that respect each child’s autonomy and sensory needs.

**Schedule**:

- Shifts run from approximately **7:45 AM to 9:00 AM**:

- Flexible on which mornings (minimum 2 per week preferred)

**Responsibilities**:

- Support two children with life skills and smooth transitions before school
- Follow individualized strategies and contribute ideas to promote engagement
- Use a compassionate, flexible approach to support regulation and cooperation
- Provide feedback and observational data to the supervising consultant
- Collaborate closely with the parent and professional team
- Have experience working with neurodivergent children (Autism, PDA, ADHD, etc.)
- Are creative, adaptable, and calm under pressure
- Use a kind, patient, and non-authoritarian approach
- Are willing to learn and implement neurodiversity-affirming strategies
- Can commit to consistent weekday mornings in North Vancouver
