**VISION + PURPOSE**
- ** Design and Foodservice Drawing Support;**Collaborate with design team members, sales consultants, and clients to produce high-quality Revit design drawings. Support the team’s transition from AutoCAD to a Revit-dominant workflow by leading and supporting the development and maintenance of Revit families, templates and project models.
- ** Design Innovation;** Identify and implement efficiencies to improve design workflows and processes. Build and maintain standard libraries and templates while leveraging expertise to enhance project execution.

**5 KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED**

**DESIGN + REVIT EXPERIENCE**
- A solid grasp of BIM processes and standards; being familiar with industry guidelines and best practices for using BIM in construction projects.
- Proficient in Revit, with a strong understanding of BIM workflows and collaboration tools.
- Ability to utilize design standards to efficiently produce BIM documentation and ensure best practices are followed.

**PROJECT SUPPORT**
- Support Lead Designers through managing project models throughout all phases of design and construction, ensuring coordination and accuracy.
- Perform clash detection, weekly uploads, and resolve model conflicts in coordination with design and consultant teams.
- Prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and support multiple projects and team members simultaneously.

**CREATIVE CURIOUSITY**
- Question status quo and creatively envision possible efficiencies to better support team.
- Ability to learn and utilized past learnings to grow their experience and future design projects.
- Seek opportunities to grow knowledge of foodservice design, including product knowledge and MEP requirements.

**COLLABORATION + RESPECT**
- Work collaboratively and respectfully with internal teams and external consultants.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing workflows and implement solutions.
- Utilize Autodesk Drive and Autodesk Construction Cloud and other collaboration tools to facilitate team communication and workflow

**BIM STANDARDS DEVELOPMENT**
- In collaboration with Senior designers - develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, and libraries tailored to company needs.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES**

**DESIGN AND PROJECT SUPPORT**
- Support the creation of high-quality, accurate Revit-based design packages, including layouts, elevations, sections, details, service drawings and schedules.
- Maintain awareness of project deliverables and budgets, proactively communication progress to the team.
- Research and recommend equipment, fixtures, and design solutions to enhance project outcomes.
- Participate in client meetings to present designs at various milestone stages and support with meeting minutes.
- Manage the maintenance of Revit and CAD libraries, templates, and design standards.

**DESIGN INNOVATION**
- Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and communicate possible solutions.
- Participate in learning opportunities to expand products and design knowledge.
- Leverage past project experiences to enhance future design projects.
