**Position Overview**
- An opportunity to join the #1 Royal LePage team in Canada.
- A hands-on role in a high-volume environment, the Listings Coordinator should be comfortable multi-tasking and operating in a fast paced, precision focused department.
- The Listings Coordinator will execute the full listing process, from conception to completion, overseeing all components and requirements.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

The duties and responsibilities of a Listings Coordinator are spread across the many aspects of residential real estate sales, dealing with business clients, contractors, and the public.

The position underpins the company’s reputation with clear communication, due diligence and cross-department liaison.
- Listings Process_
- Assist and follow up with the sales team as needed to complete information requirements
- Prepare listing paperwork and coordinate with clients for signature
- Source completed MLS worksheet data from agents
- Communicate new listings to Marketing Manager by forwarding requirements on the Listings Presentation Information sheet (LPI)
- Prepare and send Schedule of Appointment letters
- Book all subsidiary contractors to deliver a ‘sale-ready’ property (floor plans, home inspection, photos, stagers, cleaners, etc.)
- Manage calendar requests for internal partners and vendors
- Coordinate and manage Feature Sheet production
- Deliver final Feature Sheet blurb, photo list, branded floor plans and update website and social media as required
- Circulate and coordinate Open House Roster every Wednesday, ensure every property has an agent in attendance
- Update the Listings Tracker sheet hourly to monitor workflow and enable reporting
- Home Preparation _
- The Listings Coordinator will be called on to support Home Preparation during peak times:

- Open properties and ensure all lights are on and the home is perfectly presented (Turn on lights, fluff pillows, sweep porch, clear driveway)
- Install, manage, remove lockboxes.
- Assist and prepare all transactional paperwork with the administrative team such as offers, amendments, agency forms, waivers, etc.
- Coordinate, prepare and deliver gifting as part the Client Care programme
- Book property viewings, when needed

- Highly organized and good self-management skills especially when meeting deadlines
- Excellent English language communication skills: written and spoken
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, respond to quick turnaround times and take initiative

- IT skills; MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and GSuite.
- Graphic Design and/or Photoshop (preferred but not required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
