We’re on the hunt for a Document Production Coordinator on our Geointelligence team at our Richmond office.

**_ Position Description:_**

Co-ordinate the document production, review, distribution and change control process for small or medium sized projects or departments. This is an intermediate role focussing on medium size project support.

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Determines the documentation production requirements and delivery schedule;
- Prepares internal document lists and document planning schedules;
- Tracks and reports status of document deliverables;
- Creates and/or assembles document templates for project team members;
- Prepares documents for submission to word processing, and monitors their progress;
- Provides input to authors (such as document references, templates, and standards);
- Co-ordinates document review process, document distribution, and shipment to customer using on-line tools;
- Controls soft-copy document using on-line tools;
- Assists the project team with document inquiries/problems and ensures procedures are followed.

**_Requirements (experience/skills):_**
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Strong organizational skills;
- CMII Certification or the ability to complete CMII training.
- Preference would be given to graduates of Library Administration or Records Management Certification program.
- Self starter;
- Ability to meet deadlines;
- Experience with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint);
- Minimum 2 years experience in a document service environment or a combination of education and experience;
