**Key Responsibilities**:
Ensures Proper documentation is completed with respect to the receiving and return of goods

Use PDT and MMS systems to perform daily tasks - receiving products, cycle count etc.

Completes daily reports of inventory discrepancies

Process claims for discrepancies and expired goods in timely manner

Stock supplies to shelves on daily basis and rotate the stock accordingly

Ensure organization of workstation and inventory shelves

Synchronization and collaboration with other departments
Maintain appropriate supplies and materials

Organize backroom product and follow Backroom Inventory Management processes

Perform Inventory count quarterly

Knowledge of interchangeability product and ODB formulary

Maintain Cold chain Process while receiving medications

**Required**:
Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
Detail oriented
Ability to prioritize work assignments
Ability to adapt to change
Experience working in a fast-paced environment where high attention to detail and accuracy is essential
Ability to work and maneuver quickly and consistently for extended periods of time
Positive, cooperative, and team-oriented attitude

**Preferred**:
Exposure to Hospital or Long Term Care Pharmacy
Experience working in a retail pharmacy environment

Good knowledge about medications.

Experience in merchandising for at least 1-2 years

This role requires employees to be flexible to work a variety of shifts during the business’ hours of operations, which include occasional weekend shifts and statutory holidays
