**Duties**:

- general maintenance: cleaning common areas & seasonal outdoor maintenance
- customer service: respond to tenants’ concerns & questions, advertise & show available suites, ensure rent is collected, general communication, etc. You are the person tenants see and rely on in matters related to their home.
