Bennett Grant LLP is a full service law firm based in Kitchener, Ontario and serving clients throughout Ontario. Over the last 60 years we have maintained our reputation as specialists in a number of areas of the law, including real estate, corporate commercial and estates.

We require an individual with a background and experience in Real Estate to join a busy practice. This practice is dedicated to providing excellent, personal and timely service to our group of clients. This role requires sound administrative, time management and organizational skills.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Working on residential, and commercial real estate files;
- Reading and interpreting title searches;
- Drafting and coordinating necessary documents required for closing;
- Meeting strict deadlines;
- Problem solving with mínimal supervision;
**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Three years' of Real Estate Law Clerk experience;
- Strong computer knowledge in the following programs: Office365, Unity, Teraview, and LEAP;
- Superior communication skills (verbal, written and grammatical);
- You enjoy a fast paced, multi-tasked and deadline driven environment;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to be proactive and follow through;
- You enjoy working with a team, to provide exceptional client experience at every encounter;
- You enjoy new challenges with each deal bringing new opportunities for learning and advancement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
