**Position Purpose**

Under the close direction of senior personnel, the Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking and/or packing duties for customer orders according to company standards.

**Essential Functions and Basic Duties**

1. Use a pick list and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.

2. Obtain merchandise from bins or shelves and ensure the completeness and correctness of all orders filled.

3. Stack and arrange products and pack containers into crates, boxes, and cartons.

5. Ensure that daily production goals are met on a regular basis.

6. Follow all safety procedures.

7. Maintain communication with management and employees to avoid any misunderstanding.

8. Be a positive member of the team.

9. Notify management of any concerns that arise.

10. Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**

Education/Certification:

- HS Diploma/GED preferred but not required.

**Required Knowledge**:

- Knowledge of positive workplace relationships.

Experience Required:

- Knowledge of positive workplace relationships.

**Skills/Abilities**:

- Ability to work a regular schedule.
- Ability to read and understand written instructions.
- Effective communication skills, including speaking and active listening
- Good interpersonal skills
- The ability to learn warehouse procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be disciplined, results oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to persuade and influence
- Works productively with a wide range of people; team player
- Efficient with computers and technology
- Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and professional image
- Track record of meeting or exceeding performance expectations
- Bilingual desired

Talking:

Average Hearing:

- Able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information.

Repetitive Motion
- Movements frequently and regularly required using the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.

Average Visual Abilities:

- Average, ordinary, visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents or products or operate machinery.
