**About the role**

Miik Inc is hiring a warehouse associate to work full-time at our office/warehouse space in Etobicoke, ON. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the warehouse associate will be responsible for picking and packing orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and assisting the Operations Manager with any operational needs for our business.

**Are you our Warehouse Associate? In this role you will**:

- Pick, pack, and ship orders
- Ensure all orders are packed and processed accurately
- Maintain an organized workflow
- Complete stocktakes and inventory counts
- Receive, count, and put-away shipments
- Complete general housekeeping tasks and upkeep the warehouse
- Bridge communication between yourself, our Operations Manager, Customer Care associate, and the rest of the team
- Maintains physical condition of warehouse
- Process and put away returns
- Able to lift 50+ pounds; be able to frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel or crouch
- Work full-time, 9-5 Monday to Friday, at our office/warehouse space in Etobicoke (near Sherway Gardens mall)
- Must be technologically savvy with strong analytical skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

**Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? - We’d love to work with you if you**:

- Have relevant or transferable experience that enables you to efficiently, and accurately pack orders with care
- Experience with ShipStation, Shopify, and the Shopify App “Stocky” are a plus
- Experience with high volumes of inventory, stock organization and counting
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment

- Relevant garment experience is a plus
