_Do you have experience in operating fabricating machines to cut and bend sheet metal?_
- Are you skilled in welding to join sheet metal parts?_

The Sheet Metal Worker (Apprentice) will prepare and fabricate high-quality metal products and components; as well as read and interpret shop drawings/blueprints and perform quality checks on finished products. They will also perform all duties in a timely and orderly fashion to the best of their abilities and with the utmost due care, integrity and professionalism.

**Key responsibilities**
- General Duties:_
- Make a personal commitment to consistently provide superior customer service to ECCO’s customers so they will want to do repeat business with ECCO Supply
- Read and comply with ECCO’s Health and Safety Policies and Procedures
- Read and comply with ECCO’s Human Resources Policies and Procedures
- Assist in the success of ECCO’s Safety Program with suggestions and by setting a good example, also by ensuring that safety is at the forefront of your actions while at work
- Sheet Metal Worker:_
- Layout, cut, roll, form, bend, and assemble sheet metal products according to specifications
- Grind, finish, and perform quality checks on completed products
- Safely setup and operate shop equipment such as brakes, drill presses, riveting equipment, shears and hand tools associated with sheet metal fabrication
- Other duties as deemed necessary by Management

Due to the dynamic nature of this Company the duties and responsibilities may reasonably change from time to time.

Qualifications:

- Preference will be given to individuals with previous experience in sheet metal fabrication or related industry
- Ability to work on your own and on a team
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lb.
- Forklift experience an asset

ECCO Custom Metal Fabricators is a full-service sheet metal and fabrication facility located in Saskatoon. We specialize in custom and specialty metal fabricating. Providing product to various industries including but not limited to the HVAC industry. We use modern computerized equipment, sheet metal forming tools and various welding equipment. Our facility specializes in metal working with carbon steel, galvanized, stainless, aluminum and other specialty steels.

Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
