Air Canada, recently ranked Best International Airline in North America, is currently looking for customer-orientated individuals who exhibit a patient and understanding attitude towards customers and able to provide resolutions to their concerns.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Sort and create files according to quality standards
- Prepare Prorates
- Provide support by maintaining various types of reports, files and data systems
- Prepare bank transfers
- Liaise with Baggage Claims Representatives
- Receive, deliver and pick up boxes, incoming mail, parcels, etc for Baggage Claims
- Update and input data.
- Operate office equipment.
- Complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide feedback to leads and management in order to promote continual improvement of Air Canada's customer service delivery
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
- May be required to perform other general office and administrative tasks which do not affect the nature of the job.

**Qualifications**
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Databases, Powerpoint, Access)
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
- Strong time-management skills and an ability to work autonomously.
- An ability to adapt, to not only new procedures and policies, but new technology.
- Customer service background
