**Job Description**:
**Production Support(RPG II, AS400)**

**Duration: 12 -18 months**

**Work Location**: Mississauga, Ontario (preferred).

During the initial 2 months, travel is needed at least for min of 3 days to **Knowlton, Quebec, **Canada manufacturing site of the client to take knowledge transition. Post 2 months transition, resource can return and work from base work location.

**No of years’ experience: 6+ Years**

**Mandatory skills -** RPG II, AS400

**Good to have skills** - Windev and PRMS package knowledge

**Detailed job description - Skill Set**:
**Activities**:

- Production support - incident handling, proactive monitoring of jobs/processes and troubleshooting of production issues & resolution, bug fixes, minor enhancements (mínimal), communicate with business users and provide user support for any queries/reports.
- Support is needed during **EST business hours 8.30 AM EST to 5:30 PM EST - Monday to Friday**.

On call needed for any critical production issues that comes during the off hours during weekdays/weekend - On call P1/P2 issues are very mínimal as per client and on call rotated with other client FTEs
