**Job description**

Go Powersports Limited. is growing and requires a **Branch Manager **to join their Collingwood Corner location

As a **Branch Manager**, you will report to the General Manager. You will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the dealership and for the delivery of results while providing world-class customer service.

**Branch Manager Responsibilities include**:
**Leadership & Communication**:

- Be an ambassador to the company, it’s manufacturers, suppliers & vendors
- Ensure world-class customer service by addressing customer concerns and managing dealership Yellow Sheets
- Oversee departmental productivity using the GPL Scoreboard, ensuring each department is hitting their performance metrics
- Participate in Leadership Team EOS meetings
- Meet weekly with the Lead Parts Consultant and Lead Service Consultant to ensure company EOS rocks are being met
- Leading efficient morning team huddles on time every weekday
- Communicate staffing needs to HR (direct any incoming resumes to HR)
- Lead incentives to increase staff morale (staff walks, staff outings, etc.)
- Communicate all marketing & signage needs to Marketing Coordinator (ensuring company community presence and involvement in local events)
- Adhere to laws and regulations

**Management**:

- Coordinate and track any and all items moving between all locations
- Coordination of company vehicles needed for deliveries
- Oversee Company vehicle & trailer maintenance
- Manage BRP Showroom certification and showroom display
- Manage the Yarmouth Dealership OHS needs; heading the OHS committee, being accountable for dealership maintenance, service bay machinery certification and occupational & safety needs
- Managing Yarmouth dealership Demos and allocation of Demo units to staff members for ambassador opportunities (local events, local group rides, etc)
- Close cash drawer and complete cash/cheque deposits on a nightly basis
- Complete Opening and closing processes for the Yarmouth location, train back-up employee in your absence
- Approve all major departmental expenses (building maintenance needs, major inventory needs, etc.)
- Strive to meet company performance objectives
- Adhere to laws and regulations
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and mandates
- Other duties as required.

**Branch Manager Requirements**:

- You have excellent verbal & written communication skills and can actively listen to our customers to ensure their needs are understood and are being met
- 5+ years of retail management experience at store level
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, ever changing environment
- Strong business acumen
- Influential and collaborative communicator
- Outstanding customer first focus
- You have a valid driver’s license and are willing to provide a Driver’s Abstract

Go Powersports Limited is a perennial top-ten BRP dealer in Canada and has four times been recognised as BRP’s district dealer of the year. In 2021 we were BRP’s National Off-Road Dealer of the Year for Canada.

We are the only authorized dealer in Western Nova Scotia for BRP and CFMoto. We sell CanAm off-road & on-road vehicles, SkiDoo snowmobiles and SeaDoo personal water craft and pontoon boats. We also sell and service Manitou and Alumacraft boats, Mercury outboard engines, and Sealver wave boats. We are Nova Scotia’s only Piaggio and Vespa scooter dealers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
