**General Aims/Summary**:
Legend Fleet Solutions is a growing company producing interior protection products for cargo vans throughout Canada, USA and UK/Europe. As our thriving company continues to expand, we are currently recruiting individuals who can work in our production team’s afternoon shift to ensure production output is maximized, in the role of shipping/packaging team member.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Packaging**: Prepare and package products according to established guidelines and specifications, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and securely packed for shipping.
- **Order Picking**: Accurately pick products based on order specifications, verifying product codes and quantities to fulfill customer orders.
- **Palletizing**: Safely and efficiently stack and wrap pallets according to company standards, ensuring stability and protection of goods during transit.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect products for defects or damage before packaging and report any issues to the Packaging Supervisor.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in inventory counts, maintain packaging supplies, and keep accurate records of packaged goods.
- **Workplace Organization**: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work effectively with team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Suggest improvements to processes and participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance job knowledge and performance.
- **(Includes training on dayshift for the first month)**:

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in a warehouse, packaging, or order fulfillment environment is preferred.
- **Skills**: Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and effective communication skills.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts.
- **Attributes**: Reliable, punctual, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $19.95-$23.00 per hour
