Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Saskatoon, Canada McKercher LLP (Barristers and Solicitors) Full time

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Coordinating and executing events - internal and external
- Managing marketing team's digital resource content
- Assisting in drafting and maintaining marketing collateral and proposals
- Coordinating and managing stationery inventory and other branded documents
- Managing the inventory of and promoting use of McKercher LLP gifting program
- Social media management including metric tracking and reporting
- Maintaining and updating external website content
- Managing of internal and external e-newsletter platform
- Developing and maintaining CASL compliant mailing and client lists
- Collaborating with McKercher LLP management for effective internal communications
- Other administrative support duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Marketing diploma/degree or equivalent experience in marketing
- Experience in both print and digital layout considered an asset
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Proficiency using PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, MS Forms, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite and other marketing related software and online tools
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple and potentially competing projects a priority
