**Job Description**:
The Total Rewards Analyst will be responsible for researching, analyzing, evaluating and administering the company's compensation and rewards programs - including base pay/wage and short-term incentive program administration, market analysis, legislative compliance, and program review and optimization. This role dually supports general inquiries about the company's Human Resources Management System. It provides input into developing and optimizing reporting and analytics in the HRMS Business Intelligence tool. Reporting to the Manager, Total Rewards, the incumbent will also support other Total Rewards and Human Resources projects as required by business needs.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Functional
Administer compensation programs, including Indigo's quarterly and annual incentive plan administration and the annual wage and salary review process. Act as an administrator in the SecureSheet tool for the annual merit and bonus process.
Conduct supporting research, complete and submit market surveys, and conduct job evaluations and pay analyses.
Support the ongoing development of compensation programs; analyze results, interpret pay data, and develop recommendations to maintain market competitiveness.
Advise, counsel and educate HR colleagues on Indigo's Total Rewards policies, processes and programs.
Act as the first point of contact for compensation and rewards-related inquiries from business partners, providing advice and direction as required.
Participate in reviewing and updating Total Rewards plans and policies to ensure accuracy and validity. Own Total Rewards content on Our Indigo, working collaboratively with TR partners to review and update as required.
Provide support and training for employee inquiries related to the company's HR Management System, UKG.
Assist in the data management, maintenance, and administration of UKG.
Using the BI reporting tool in UKG, develop and optimize reporting and analytics capabilities that provide meaningful business data.
In collaboration with other Total Rewards team members, manage the Total Rewards Inbox and escalate employee and manager inquiries, if required.
Participate in HR/Total Rewards-related project initiatives as required
Perform other duties as required, including the preparation of ad hoc reports, dashboards and presentations

**Qualifications**:
Qualifications/Experience
Minimum 2+ years of Total Rewards experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Retail experience is an asset
Experience working with the administration of Total Rewards programs, including Tier 1 support and HRMS experience
Competencies / Skills / Attributes
Effective communication skills, including excellent written, oral and presentation abilities.
Demonstrated time management skills, including the ability to adhere to schedules and manage processes; the ability to organize and prioritize work to manage timelines and to meet defined deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
