We are presently looking for an Automotive Estimator to begin as soon as possible. This individual we be responsible to great our customers with a positive attitude while providing a repair plan at point of contact.

**Role and Requirements**
- Accurate diagnosis of the collision damage
- Communicate all customer requests and needs to team members
- Provides positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone
- Ensure photo quality and estimate is uploaded as per insurance guidelines
- Communicate updates with customers and insurance claims adjusters as required

**Experience and Skills Required**
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 Year minimum in collision trade
- Effective communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong skills in Mitchell Estimating

**Salary**: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year

**Experience**:

- Estimating: 1 year (required)

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)
