**Key Role responsibilities**:

- Offer superior customer service
- Provide decorating and design advice while working within budgets and customer preferences
- Maintain showroom samples and displays
- Conduct in-home consultations/estimates
- Knowledge of floor covering (desired)
- Passion for, or experience with decorating and design.
- A history of demonstrated success in retail sales and/or customer service
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- A team player mentality
- A positive can-do attitude and desire to exceed expectations
- A passion for developing/maintaining long-term customer relationships

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$26.00 per hour
