**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Financial Reporting:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Perform variance analysis and prepare insightful reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards (GAAP).

** Accounting Operations**:

- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Manage general ledger accounting and reconciliations.
- Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate financial records.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.

** Financial Analysis**:

- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analyses as needed.
- Assist in the evaluation of capital expenditures and other investment opportunities.

** Internal Controls**:

- Assist in the development and maintenance of strong internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

** Project Support**:

- Participate in special projects as assigned, such as system implementations or process improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
- Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, vlookups, etc.).
- Experience with ERP systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to meeting deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
