**Full job description**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including product and branding materials.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests throughout the shift, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety guidelines and ensure proper food handling practices are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas during shifts, including bussing tables and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience, fostering positive guest relations.

**Requirements**:

- ProServe Certification.
- First Aid and WHMS are an asset.
- Previous experience in the craft beer industry or hospitality sector is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
