- Manage the creation and design of marketing collateral, including content creation, graphic design, and copywriting.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, SEO/SEM, PPC advertising, and social media campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive insights.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities to showcase products/services and generate leads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including various operational teams, external partners, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
- Track, analyze and communicate marketing performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI to optimize campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on executing marketing campaigns and tactics.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various channels and audiences.
- Proficiency in graphic design softwares, including Adobe Suite.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for design.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making and optimize marketing performance.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
