Right now, we are looking for **entry level marketing representatives/outside lead generators**. Training will be provided so no prior experience is required. If you work hard and are able to handle more leadership responsibilities, we will have other plans for you - **Career Growth**

Guaranteed hourly wage of $18/h + sales commission (average earning of $21-27/h). Training will be provided.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Join our Marketing and Promotion Team to travel to different residential locations
- Make a short introduction with the potential residential customers/ homeowners and ask to see whether they would be interested in getting a estimate from us.
- If the customer says “Yes” and signs up for the quote, that is considered as a lead

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to work 5 days per week, approximately 8 hours per day between Monday and Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
- Positive mindset with a can-do attitude
- Must be physically fit since you would be walking a lot in the winter conditions
- Not mandatory but having a driver license would be an asset
- Must be willing and able to work outdoors full time year round

**Salary**: $18.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Ottawa, ON (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Ottawa, ON: Relocate before starting work (required)
