Edmonton Region Child Care Association is looking for **part time** educators at multiple locations. Locations include;
ERCCA Windsor Park (11733 - 87 Avenue Edmonton, AB)
ERCCA Belgravia (7302 118 Street Edmonton, AB)
ERCCA Holyrood (7920 94 Avenue NW, Edmonton, AB
**Possible shifts: 7am - 10am and/or 3:00 - 6:00 pm Monday-Friday**
**Opportunities for more hours on school closure days.**
PROGRAM DELIVERY
a. Work with child care team in implementing OSC programming.
b. Create a program which is reflective of the values and goals of the Flight Framework.
c. Communicate with families regarding program activities and expectations.
d. Communicate all pertinent information to other educators regarding program needs or requirements.
2. WORKING WITH CHILDREN
a. Closely supervise children at all times.
b. Maintain child/educator ratios at all time
c. Create and maintain positive relationships with children and their families.
d. Encourage children to foster independence and to be responsible for themselves and their actions.
e. Model appropriate behaviours.
f. Guide children’s behaviour according to the Behaviour Guidance Policy.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $15.55-$18.10 per hour
