**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product inquiries and sales.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding and drive sales.
- Upsell products by identifying customer needs and suggesting relevant items.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display to attract customers.
- Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.

**Qualifications**
- Must love animals
- Should be able to work at both location
- Should be able to lift 40lbs+
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with technology sales, including technical sales experience, is advantageous.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and merchandising effectively.
- Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for effective communication with customers over the phone.
- A positive attitude with a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Join our team as a Cashier/Sales associate and contribute to creating an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$26.18 per hour
