**Job Summary**:
Now, if you were to come on board as our Catering Manager, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

- Lead ateam of foodservice professionals with the ultimate goal of guest experience in the retail restaurants and catering events
- Perform administrative duties, including: All booking, coordinating and follow-up on all catering events, reconciling billing and invoices and preparing month end
- Work in a team with the Food services Director, Executive Chef and Office Manager
- Have total presence on the floor during shifts, engaging guests, coaching staff, monitoring service;
- Develop and maintain a strong rapport with new and regular guests;
- Maintain superior standards in guest service and operations management
- Prepare and post employee schedules for all FOH employees, collaborating with other managers

- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality or Food Service
- AFST (Advanced Food Safety Training)
- SIRS certification
- Strong management skills, capable of motivating, leading and developing associates in a union environment
- Excellent client relationship-building and communication skills
- At least three or more years of related hospitality experience in a food service environment, as well as 3 years’ supervisory experience
- Proven Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with utilizing multiple supporting programs
