Job Summary You will lead Food and Beverage operations for Catering & Retail at the REAL District, ensuring superior guest service, quality standards, and day‑to‑day sales and budget goals. Responsibilities Develop and manage Food and Beverage operations for the Catering & Retail at the REAL District. Hold the team accountable to steps of service to deliver excellent guest service. Ensure team members have the necessary tools and support to complete their jobs. Maintain show quality standards at all times. Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and guests, gathering feedback to improve operations. Support and communicate company initiatives and the execution of menus, promotions, and programs as outlined by the Director of Operations. Ensure compliance with all security, safety, and sanitation standards. Achieve daily sales and budget goals. Plan operations to ensure adequate products and equipment are ordered for anticipated business levels. Practice proper product control and inventory handling. Enforce responsible alcohol service policies. Forecast and schedule team members to meet operational needs and targets. Interview, hire, train, and develop team members according to company guidelines. Qualifications Five or more years of related hospitality catering management experience in a multi‑unit food service environment. Strong management skills capable of motivating, leading, and developing associates. Excellent client relationship‑building and communication skills. Ability to control food and labour costs. Detail‑oriented and a strong team player. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with multiple supporting programs. Experience managing larger groups in the main Retail Food operation. AFST (Advanced Food Safety Training). Benefits & Culture Comprehensive health, vision, and dental care coverage.
