**Key Areas of Responsibility**

As a member of the Fully Managed® Team, you'll be working alongside world class tech talent, stretching your abilities by solving complex problems on a daily basis. - Design, configure and implement Microsoft Office365 and Azure projects for Fully Managed clients, leveraging industry-leading products and services from our technical partners.
- Being responsible for the overall success of technology upgrades for Fully Managed clients
- Responsible for a wide range of hardware/network deployments (upgrades, migrations, installs)
- Assisting in the improvement of the of clients' IT environments by assisting them in adopting new, modern solutions
- Creating accurate documentation of client networks, known issues, and client information
- Creating standardized operating procedures and assisting with post implementation support after successful delivery of the new solution
- Participating in internal meetings to ensure the success of our national Professional Services team

**SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS**
- Post-secondary studies relating to IT (e.g. Networking, Systems Administration)
- Combination of 5-10 years of progressive experience in an IT-related field related to networking, systems administration, solutions implementation
- 5+ years' experience with one or more of the following:

- Active Directory, LAN and Virtualization administration
- Leading and interacting with customer facing projects
- Migrations and management of Microsoft Azure stack
- Migrations and management of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint
- Microsoft Intune for Windows/Mobile endpoints
- Microsoft Server management
- Demonstrated knowledge of security fundamentals and best practices
- Proven problem-solving ability to work rapidly in high pressure situations
- Exceptional demonstrated English verbal and written communication abilities
- Self-starter able to work with mínimal supervision
- Ability to travel occasionally
