**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting patients with their treatment plans and ensuring a smooth workflow within the dental office. Your exceptional communication skills and knowledge of dental terminology will be essential in providing excellent patient care.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule appointments and manage the treatment calendar
- Explain treatment options, procedures, and costs to patients
- Assist patients in understanding their insurance coverage and financial responsibilities
- Coordinate with dental providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of treatment
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records and update patient information as necessary
- Follow up with patients to schedule follow-up appointments or address any concerns
- Collaborate with the front office team to ensure efficient patient flow and office operations
**Skills**:
- Proficient in dental terminology
- Experience working in a dental or medical office setting is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in record keeping
- Proficient in using electronic medical records systems or similar software
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Pay: From $28.00 per hour
