**Role description**
- Reporting to the**What you will do**
- You will work in partnership with Corporate Counsel to support the delivery of superior legal service to our clients and handle independent tasks when clients’ needs may be met by a member of the legal staff team.- You will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative and legal tasks and provide back-up support to other Legal Administrative Coordinators and Corporate Law Clerks, as needed.- You will be expected to build strong working relationships and to help drive continuous process improvement and innovation by providing efficient, timely and organized service.-
**What you will bring**
- Post-secondary diploma in a recognized Administrative or Legal Assistant program, or combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in an administrative or legal support role
- Ability to independently manage own workload with well-developed organizational and time management skills and handle changing and competing priorities
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, including proofreading with keen attention to detail and the ability to draft substantive written communications
- Strong technical skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Pro, matter management and document management software)
- Experience working with highly sensitive and confidential information as part of daily duties
- The base salary for this position is between $43,800 - $72,900 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
