**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and maintain excellent customer service.
- Work closely with marketing to develop campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and rental agreements.

**Operations & Logistics**:

- Oversee the scheduling and management of equipment deliveries and pickups to ensure timely service.
- Coordinate with drivers and logistics teams to optimize routes and efficiency.
- Ensure all equipment is well-maintained, repaired when needed, and ready for rental.

**Equipment Tracking & Maintenance**:

- Implement and manage tracking systems to monitor equipment availability and location.
- Work with the maintenance team to ensure all rental equipment is regularly inspected and serviced.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of rental equipment and recommend necessary purchases.

**Budgeting & Financial Management**:

- Develop and manage the sales and operational budgets.
- Monitor expenses and find cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
- Analyze sales data and provide reports on performance, revenue, and projections.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the equipment rental, construction, or related industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
- Experience with logistics, fleet management, or equipment tracking software is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and financial reports to make informed business decisions.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Pay: $48,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
