As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse and Logistics Manager to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods in 3 locations across Canada (BC, AB, ON)
- Manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Develop and implement warehouse efficiency and organizational improvements, including collaboration with our IT Manager to improve digital processes and flows
- Coordinate with Orders and Inventory Manager and Warehouse Associates to complete quarterly company wide cycle counts
- Monitor and improve warehouse KPIs, with a major focus on order accuracy and on-time delivery
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations for all warehouses, including warehouse equipment and employee certifications.
- Conduct assessments of carrier rates, invoices (ensuring they match quotes), carrier performance/service, and set up regular meetings with our main carrier representatives
- Communicate with carriers to rectify damaged, lost and delayed shipments, and provide training to warehouse staff to assist with this process.
- Occasionally assist with shipping/receiving coverage, and be available on weekends to receive incoming container shipments (infrequent)
- Coordinate with Orders and Inventory Manager to prepare and ship inter-branch transfers with accuracy, efficient, and by the most economical means
- Other duties include, but are not limited to: assisting warehouses to ensure they have the necessary supplies, assist in setting up maintenance appointments for the mobile sales van, assist with product modifications and product recycling as needed (training to be provided)

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a related role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations related to warehouse operations.

**Compensation**:

- Salary: $90,000
- Vacation: 10 days per year
- Personal Time: 2 days per year
- Sick Time: 5 days per year
- Benefits Plan: Company paid, available after 3 months of employment
- 3 month probationary period as per standard employment law
- Regular Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30PM

**Experience**:

- Logistics: 5 years (required)
- warehouse management: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)
