We are looking for a proactive Quality Control Specialist to be instrumental in upholding sales excellence throughout Nuovo's North American studio locations. This position involves the critical task of preparing studio-recorded audio and video for sales training and quality evaluation. The Specialist will conduct detailed quality assurance reviews of sales viewings, develop insightful reports and analyses for executive and operational stakeholders, and ensure the availability of essential training materials for sales trainers. The role also includes generating QA and performance summary reports and actively investigating any emerging quality-related issues to maintain high standards.
**Responsibilities**:
- Review & Prepare Recordings For Sales Training And Quality Control Purposes,
- Schedule & Coordinate Sales Trainings For All Studios’ Stuff,
- Prepare Daily Reports On Adherence To Company Policies Across All Studios,
- Review Paperwork & CRM On A Daily Basis,
- Prepare QA & Summary Reports Of Sales For Performance Reviews,
- Review & Maintain A Knowledge Base With Training Materials For All Studios,
- Investigate Process Inefficiencies & Recurring Issues, Offering Insights & Solutions
**Objectives of this Role**:
- Collaborate With Sales & Operations Teams To Ensure High-Quality Sales Training Materials,
- Develop, Document, and Refine Quality Assurance Processes & Reports,
- Ensure All Studio Employees Meet Company Standards & Expectations,
- Support Ongoing Improvement Of Training Strategies, Materials, and Policy Implementation,
- Ensure Consistent Communication & Availability During Work Hours
**Requirements**:
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role.
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
- Highly attentive to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in preparing and analyzing training materials and reports.
- Perfectly fluent in English. Fluency in French and/or Spanish is considered a notable asset.
- Proficient With Google Sheets
- Demonstrated ability to confidently navigate software and technical environments.
- Easily adapts to new software and technological tools.
**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**:
- Experience in Quality Assurance or a similar field.
- Previous Experience With Customer Support Or/And Finance is appreciated
- Familiarity with sales training processes and methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex issues.
