- **Commissions and bonuses on the performance, average paycheck is $1,200 per week**:

**Here’s what our Residential Sales team does**:

- Engage in in-field residential canvassing, meeting potential customers in their homes to deliver compelling product presentations.
- Work with prequalified leads, building relationships and closing deals with customers who are already interested.
- Be the face of our company, forging genuine connections and building trust.
- Meet sales targets and report daily progress to supervisors or sales managers.
- Work both in-office and in-field daily.

This is a **Full-Time** role, and we need you available **Monday to Friday** at our **office in Richmond**.

Pay: From $37,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
