**General Information**:

**Production Coordination & Administration**:
- Coordinate daily customer purchase orders.
- Production and logistics scheduler.
- Build production forecast.
- Coordinate and arrange outgoing transportation.
- Investigate and record all administrative issues to determine the cause.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures.
- Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
- Coordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
- Preparing invoices and other financial responsibilities.
- Create price lists for business customers, material price comparison.
- Conduct sales analysis, production completion analysis, annual production & waste analysis.
- Support with Customs Service - commercial invoicing, customs entries, coordination with brokers.
- Lead business portals - GS1, TrueCommerce, Smart Border, Chep, FSVP, Syndigo.
- Any other duties as required.
**Project Management**:
- Project management - Financial initiatives / ESG / EDI / Tender
- Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting and project planning and management processes.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Legal, Finance, or Project Management
- PMP certification, Lean Six Sigma Black belt and/or food safety certification are an asset.
- 2 + years of experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment, preferably in a food production environment.
- Knowledge of baking processes, baking equipment, ingredient functionality, and packaging are an asset.
- Proficiency in using data tools, such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, GSI, SAP
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to influence and motivate teams.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
