**Be a part of a Customer Strategy team focused on championing category growth by developing a strong trusted partnership with our retailers and grounded in a consumer/shopper mindset.**
**Key role initiatives**:
- A **champion of driving a strong assortment**:will be instrumental in developing the 2026 priority assortment list by channel.
- ** Advancing planogram compliance in-store**: partner with Customer Strategy and Field Sales to unlock new technology and drive stronger in-store compliance of planograms and confirmed assortment.
- ** Advancing OMNI analytics**: partner with Customer Strategy and Digital commerce to develop new capabilities within OMNI analytics.
- Exposure to **Mondelez best in class local, Regional and Global knowledge** and support translating insights into key actionable recommendations to the retailer on assigned categories.
**What you’ll need to succeed in the role**:
**Experience**:
- ** Educational Background**: Currently enrolled in a university or college program in Business, Strategy, Finance, Technology, or related fields.
- ** Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- ** Technical Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions), data visualization, ability to learn new tech solutions.
- ** Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data in a clear and concise manner. Good storytelling skills and Powerpoint knowledge.
- ** Team Player**: Ability to work effectively within a team and cross-functionally.
- ** Passion for CPG Industry**: Interest in the food and beverage sector, with a desire to translated customer and shopper insights into action.
