Learn our business through our Management Training Program.
- Establish and maintain effective business relationships with internal and external customers at various levels.
- Analyze results and report on operational performance to senior management.
- Recommend or implement actions to address performance metrics and achieve targets for profitability, productivity and efficiency.
- Deliver high levels of professionalism and exceptional customer service.
- Learn to manage our business and_ **lead**_ our people.
- At minimum a college diploma, ideally in business or management studies, or equivalent education and experience.
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
- Effective written, verbal communication skills and computer literacy in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- A strong capability to train, build and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong organization and accuracy in all facets of work.
- A desire to learn and the drive to reach for promotional opportunities.
- A willingness to relocate within province after successful completion of our training program.
- A valid Canadian driver’s license with a clean or near clean drivers abstract.
- Retail or Warehouse experience is an asset.
