**The Role**:
We seek an accomplished server with demonstrated fine dining experience to join our service team. This position demands:
**Service Excellence Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in upscale/fine dining environments
- Expert-level knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine service protocols
- Mastery of full dining room service sequencing (from amuse to digestif)
- Ability to confidently recommend wine pairings from our wine menu
- Impeccable tableside manner including proper crumbing, decanting, and finishing techniques

**Operational Standards**:

- Complete command of POS systems (OpenTable, Sevenshifts experience preferred)
- Meticulous attention to table maintenance and service timing
- Ability to gracefully manage 5-7 table sections during peak service
- Thorough understanding of dietary restrictions and allergy protocols
