**Role responsibilities and wage will increase with experience gained.**

**Lawn Maintenance**

Lawn and garden maintenance of commercial and residential properties

Use of push and riding lawnmowers, small gas-powered equipment, and hand tools

Driving truck with trailer, loading and unloading equipment, operating lawn equipment, line trimmers, leaf blowers, hedge clippers, and a variety of hand tools

Perform regular maintenance of trucks and equipment including but not limited to washing and assisting in small engine maintenance

Perform other duties as assigned which are directly related to the major responsibilities of the job

**Winter** **Maintenance**

Use of truck with plow to remove snow from parking lots

Use of snow blower and shovel to remove snow from walkways

Salting and assisting with any other winter maintenance duties as assigned

**Requirements**:
Positive and caring attitude, hardworking, punctual, willingness to learn, team player, ability to follow instructions and work in a safe manner

Safety boots

We generally work 8 hours per day, but expect some weekend availability in busy summer months for special projects

Must be able to work in all types of weather

Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs

Must have reliable transportation to work (yard located in lower east Stoney Creek)
