Superior Glove Works Ltd. is currently hiring for a **Warehouse** Summer Student** to work out of its Global Headquarters located in Acton ON Canada.

**More about the role**:
Reporting to the Sales Enablement & Operations Leader, the **Warehouse** Summer Student** will pick, pack, and process sample requests through the internal system. They will process items for special projects and trade shows, place sample room stock orders, and complete warehouse duties as required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pick and examine gloves for quality, pack, and process samples to complete glove sample orders.
- Coordinate workflow/tasks by prioritizing rush orders as well as regular volume orders.
- Assist with pre-packing shipping materials to improve service level expectations.
- Assist with the transfer of products from the warehouse to the sample room in a safe and efficient manner.
- Adding stock to appropriate locations, replenishing stock as needed.
- Assist in large project orders - picking, packing, and shipping orders.
- Align processes with managing inventory in our inventory database and physical inventory in the sample room locations.
- Re-label existing locations with updated stickers to maintain accuracy.
- Assist in organizing sample room locations for ease of picking products.

**Qualifications**:

- A high school diploma is required.
- Must be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with inventory management or ERP software would be an asset.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- An ability to understand when an issue needs to be escalated.
- Ability to use judgment to determine if the gloves are of good quality.
- Must be adaptable to fast and ongoing changes in priorities.
