**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in assembling and installing siding and exterior wall components according to project specifications.
- Safely operate hand tools and equipment during assembly and installation tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to uphold safety and efficiency standards.
- Collaborate closely with team members to achieve project deadlines and production goals.
- Promptly report any issues or concerns related to assembly or installation processes to supervisors.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills in siding and exterior wall assembly techniques.

**Experience**
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and equipment used in siding and construction work is beneficial.
- Attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions precisely, and strong communication skills are essential.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Must be comfortable working at heights and using ladders.
